Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders is only one win away from becoming
bowl eligible and they are in the running for the Sun Belt Conference crown.
The Blue Raiders increased their chances for all the above with
a win over struggling Mean Green of North Texas, who is schedule to depart for
C-USA alone with FIU. Middle Tennessee handed them another loss in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Middle Tennessee QB Logan
Kilgore threw three touchdowns as Middle Tennessee defeated North
Texas 38-21 Saturday.
Griswould finished with 140 yards and two
touchdowns on three catches. Middle Tennessee's Anthony Amos led
all receivers with 121 yards and a touchdown on eight catches. It was Amos'
fourth 100-yard receiving game this season.
Middle Tennessee has a chance to finish on a
good note if they continue to play with great excitement.
