Other schools making offers to Armstrong include Southern Miss, Arkansas State, Middle Tennessee and UT-Martin, Western Kentucky and several other schools have been recruiting the big and monster lineman for their programs.

The 6-7, 295-pound Offensive Tackle from Moulton, AL is rated a three star by 247sports.com and attended junior day at Mississippi State on Feb. 11 of this year.

These are the sizes of players that I have been touting for the SBC, we need more of Armstrong size. But it’s really not the size it’s the talent and plays with the size.

Armstrong said he's ready now to concentrate on Lawrence County's upcoming season, saying he believes his team will have a good season this year even though it plays in one of the most competitive regions in the state.
