Melvin German may not be at FAU yet, but that may all
soon change.
A source with knowledge of the process
"guaranteed" German will be in Boca Raton for this upcoming
season according to one source.
He is expected to be in Boca Raton by the end of July and will take part in a
three-way starting quarterback battle that will also feature incumbent Graham
Wilbert and redshirt sophomore Stephen Curtis.
German threw for nearly 350 yards per game as a
sophomore at Pear River, second best among JC’s QBs. His experience operating
the spread offense has many considering him to be the front runner to become
the opening game starter.
German is now ready to take is experience to FBS
Division 1A football, where he hopes to be a star.
